1. To gain entry to the gym and manage to your membership please download the free GymMaster App by using one of the links below:

2. Once downloaded open the app and tap “Get MY LOGIN” on the login screen

3. Enter the Email Address you provided during your membership registration and click “Send Login Details”

*If your email entry is receiving an error you may have to call to verify we have the correct email address on file or set up an email address in our system for you. Please call Metroflex at 262-259-0011

GymMaster App & Bluetooth Access

4: You will receive a password reset/set-up link in your email. Click and follow link to create a new password

5: Once your password set-up is complete return to the GymMaster Member Portal App and enter your Email and Password

6: The App home screen should look like this. If it does not you are in the mobile version and you need to exit and login to the APP

7: At the top of the main page you should see a Bluetooth symbol for check-in.

8: Click the Bluetooth check-in button and approach the Metroflex entry door, once the reader recognizes your phone the display will *BEEP* and turn green. This signifies a successful check-in and the door will unlock.

The Bluetooth and Location services on your phone must be turned on for Bluetooth check-in to work correctly. If you have any issues Please call Metroflex at 262-259-0011

Member Guests

As a MetroflexMKE member you have the benefit of bringing a guest for a discounted price. Member guest passes must be purchased prior to entering Metroflex.

It is very easy to bring a guest. Members can bring a Guest with them up to 6 times per month for only $6 per visit. Member visits renew each month.

Here is how to purchase

From the Gymmaster App Click the 3 bars in the top left to bring up the options

2. Click on "Guest Pass"

5. Click on "Check Out" to be taken to a confirmation page

3. Click "Guest"

4. Add your Guest

6. Click "Buy Now" to complete the purchase and $6 will be charged to your card on file

7. After the member scans in and brings in their guest I will be notified of a double entry. Members, it is VERY important your guest signs in on the Member Guest sheet so your guest purchase can be verified. If you do not let me know that you brought a guest you will be flagged for theft.

The Sign-in Sheet for Member guests will be in the entryway. Your Guest must fill in their information and write down the Members name they are visiting with.

Referral Rewards

At Metroflex MKE we make it easy to invite your friends and get paid for it! Here is how to refer a friend:

1.From the GymMaster App click on “Friends” at the top

2.Click “Refer a Friend”

3.These are the available Memberships, Click “Copy URL Link” of the membership your friend is interested in. Send your friend the link and if they use it to sign up “You AND your friend will receive an account credit.
